Krista was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from Ouray High School in 1978. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Southern Colorado at Pueblo. She has worked with the Hockersmith Law firm since 1980. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys in areas of real estate law, water rights law, land use development, probate and estate administration, conservation easement matters and corporate entity formation. She prides herself in concentrating on details and keeping clients well-informed through the handling of their cases. Krista has been an officer of the Legal Assistants of the Western Slope (LAWS) and has been involved with LAWS since 2005. She enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and spending time with her husband, two daughters and her granddaughter.
